When should I take the gummies?

I’m a Doctor & I ApproveAs a doctor, I’ve tried different sleep supplements, but I always prefer natural options. Huge Help with Muscle Recovery & Deeper SleepI lift weights 5x a week and muscle soreness was a huge problem. Also, I never felt like I got deep sleep.
